In July 2007, I began a second course in fractals at the Visual Arts Academy called UltraFractal Masking Techniques. This is in line with a prerequisite course in Working with Ultra Fractals that I completed in June 2007.
Included on this web page are examples taken from my lesson exercises with Janet Parke as the Visual Arts Academy Instructor.
My images have been resized for optimum download time.
Since starting this course in masking technique, I've come to appreciate the many and varied artistic images: images arising from the stand-point of the Mandelbrot and Julia evaluation.
Tic-Tac-Toe Fractal Challenge
I have become aware of fractal art as an intrinsic design that fractal artists develop from mathematic formulas therein programs in the creation of fractal art.
The masking and coloring techniques developed for Fractal Art admittedly give dimension to the piece of fractal art work. These unique art forms are an aesthetic addition to our cultural mannerism and critique.
